Sagar Gururaj

Sagar Gururaj is a common man, poem writer and a creative story teller. He was born 1984, in Bangalore, India, completed his early high school and college education in India. He was a National Level table tennis player at the age of 15 and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering in 2002. At the age of 22, Sagar was invited to Auburn, Alabama, USA in July 2006 to complete his graduate work in Engineering with a paid tuition and Scholarship. He was invited to Canada to be a Permanent resident under the Skilled worker Program. He moved to the GTA region in June 2016 and took up jobs in Sales and Consulting services. He moved to Grey Bruce County in November 2024 and is a current resident. Sagar loves jotting down notes while observing nature. These notes are made up of memories from travel and study. As a child, Sagar was attracted to song writing and wanted to share his work with his fellow readers. He completed writing his first poetry book in September 2025. The main purpose behind the book for the readers was to spread the message of love and harmony.

The author loves playing Snooker, Cooking and learning the Harmonica.

Inspiration for writing came from the beauty that exists in nature.
